David has led the award-winning advertising and marketing agency that bears his name since 1987. Over that time, he has hand picked a tightly knit team of professionals who focus on stellar client service and creative work that's a clear expression of sound strategy. This landmark approach happens from the company's offices in an historic Victorian home - in 2004 the agency purchased the National Registry home in San Diego's Golden Hill district. You should see the bay view from the third floor.
David's a handshake-as-good-as-his-word kind of guy from Flint, Michigan, who earned his BBA in marketing and finance from Northwood University. He spearheads a highly successful advertising agency. His chief ambitions: 1) successful marriage and raise great kids. 2) Give back to the community. 3) Create great work. Once you meet, you'll see he's doing a pretty good job of all three.

What do media buying and motherhood have in common? Lots of strategy and planning - and nobody knows this better than Jen Lawrence.
As our go-to media authority since 2004, Jen has carved out a reputation as a tough but fair negotiator (something that also comes in handy with parenting). This Toronto, Canada, native prides herself on plans that not only save our clients money, but also help further their overall strategic objectives.
Jen went to college at San Diego State. When she's not hard at work negotiating targeted, strategic, cost-effective buys for our clients, you'll find her stealing a few moments of relaxation next to the ocean. Fortunately, that's just a couple blocks from our office.
Chris Smith

Chris is a word guy. That's why the folks in media and accounting keep him away from their spreadsheets.
As part of the creative team at Castle, he's responsible for the words that make people take notice - and take action. On any given day, you'll find him writing an ad campaign, drafting a strategic document or challenging Ezo to a game of iPhone Scrabble. You will not find him doing math - unless it's adding up the points on the Scrabble tiles.
Chris earned a degree in journalism from Southern Utah University. When he's not writing, he's probably either eating or sleeping.
Caroline Tall
Account All-Star
Caroline's a total A to Z person - she's committed to every project from big-picture thinking to the smallest detail.
As an account executive with the agency, she helps develop the strategy for some of our biggest campaigns...then sees them all the way through with details like mailing lists and print production. A stickler for spelling and grammar, she keeps her eagle eye open every step of the way.
Caroline is a passionate advocate for the Foundation for Fighting Blindness. She earned her degree at the University of San Diego and even studied abroad in Italy - which means she'll probably take you up on an offer for gelato just about any time you'd like.
Carrie Klinger
Numbers Person & Resident Mom
Sure, she spends her days working up P&L statements and making sure our human resources policies are 100% compliant, but Carrie's actually the coolest numbers-and-brass-tacks-person you'll ever meet. Seriously - how can you not be intrigued by a finance person whose pet peeve is people who wear sensible shoes?
Carrie graduated from Kent State University. While she's not busy totally destroying the stereotype of the stiff accountant, you'll find her vacationing with her kids. And trust us - she's always the cool mom in the group.
Kristen Disbro
Client BFF
If you're a client of the agency, you'll get to know Kristen pretty well. As an integral part of our account services department, she's a keystone of support for many of our marquee accounts.
Hailing from Waukee, Iowa, Kristen is a small-town Midwestern girl with big California dreams. As our resident client BFF, Kristen brings her Midwestern charm, hard work and friendly attitude to every client account. Her zest for fast-paced environments - along with a thirst for sunny warm weather - makes Kristen a perfect fit at Castle.
Kristen earned her degree from the University of San Diego. When she's not hard at work, you can find Kristen at the beach or exploring San Diego hotspots. Told you she's a California girl at heart.
